- Call us on 020 8542 5559 to check availability or email us info@skialacarte.co.uk. You can make a provisional booking which we will hold for 3 working days. However, if you need a little more time you can arrange an extension.

- Send to us a completed booking
form [PDF] with a £200 per person deposit. The address is on
the booking form. If your booking is within 10 weeks of departure, the
holiday payment must be made in full. Payment can be either by cheque
made out to 'Ski à la Carte Ltd' or by electronic transfer. If
you would like to make an electronic transfer straight into our bank
account please ask us for our details.

- We will then send you a confirmation invoice. You must check this carefully and inform us of any discrepancies immediately. The confirmation invoice will state the balance still due to Ski à la Carte Ltd and the date this payment is due — 10 weeks before your departure.

Changes of details — If you need to change any details, contact us as soon as possible. Some changes may incur an amendment fee (see terms and conditions)
Travel documents — We will send your travel documents approximately two weeks before departure, provided we have received full payment for your holiday. Please check these carefully and if you find any problems, contact us immediately.
Please note that travel insurance is compulsory for your holiday. We can recommend an insurer to you and we require you to send us a copy of your policy details a minimum of three weeks before your departure. If you are booking within three weeks of departure you will need to provide us with your insurance details at the time of booking.
Prices are per person in pounds sterling and include flights* from Gatwick-Grenoble, transfers to and from the resort and fully catered chalet accommodation.

*Please note that unlike our other chalets, prices for Chalet Oie do not include flights. They include fully catered accommodation and transfers from either Grenoble, Lyon or Chambery.

Should you not wish to use our flights you may take £100 off the price quoted.
There is a £50 reduction for any child wishing to have high tea rather than our 5 course evening meals.
Special offers for direct bookings:
We offer a 10% loyalty discount to returning guests.
If you book the whole of Chalet Isis for 16 people you will get one free
space.
Bookings for more than 9 people in Chalet Irene will also get one free
space.
If you are a group leader of a party of 8 or more you will get a free
lift pass and free equipment hire for the duration of your stay.
